How to Qualify:

There is a screening process. To qualify you cannot be eligible for legal aid as it would be better to obtain full-time representation from a full-time government paid lawyer. You must complete a questionnaire, which includes providing your monthly income and total assets.

Appointments

Once you have been screened an appointment will be made for you. As the lawyer\’s time is limited you are encouraged to keep your appointment time. It is important to provide advance notice to cancel or reschedule.
